Michelina Di Salvatore

Michelina Di Salvatore from Leeton, New South Wales, opened the Di Salvatore Dance Academy, DDA, 38 years ago. The academy has studios in Leeton and Griffith teaching the R.A.D. syllabus and ADA ballet, jazz and tap syllabi. Furthermore, DDA teaches contemporary, national and acrobatics. DDA students consistently achieve high results in examinations, Eisteddfods and dance competitions. DDA currently has multiple students participating in the Australian Ballet School Interstate Training Program. DDA alumni have graduated from the Australian Ballet School and performed with the Australian Ballet company, New Zealand Ballet, Western Australian Ballet, Queensland Ballet, Cruise ships, Disneyland, Broadway and numerous musicals in Australian and internationally. In recent times Michelina was the choreographer for the 2017 Griffith Community production of Wicked, and the 2018 local school production of The Addams Family.
