Leah Cassar

Leah Cassar has been the owner and sole operator of Leah Cassar Voice Production for the past 25 years through these years her studio has expanded in size and stature with many successes along the way. Leah’s career as a singer/performer started when she was nine years of age. Her talent as a singer was nurtured by her mother and soon found herself training with the amazing Neil Williams OAM and remained there for eleven years. In this time, Leah joined with her sister, Allanah to form the highly acclaimed cabaret duo “The Cassar Sisters” as well as fronting several rock bands and duos performing in all major Sydney venues. Leah does not limit herself to one genre and believes that vocal versatility is very important. She has appeared on several television shows over the years, being a regular guest performer on Young Talent time, Potluck, New faces and the footy show. She has performed at many official functions with a highlight being the NRL Grand Final and lead singer of the NSW police band. After studying contemporary music for most of her life, she then moved to New Zealand and studied classical singing at The Conservatorium of Music in Auckland. Leah is a member of the National Association of Singing Teachers and has a Grad. Cert. in Singing Pedagogy (UWS) Leah has completed all Contemporary Vocal Exams with the A.M.E.B and is now one of Sydney’s premier vocal adjudicators.
